Returns & Exchanges

At Saguaro, we want your feet to feel natural and comfortable; if your minimalist shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn barefoot shoes back in their original Saguaro box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
